Wine Work

The genesis of Joe’s work is Wine Baby from 2014, which you can find out more about at wineworld82.wordpress.com. This formed part of an installation called Wine Work. For Wine Baby, Joe posted Twitter notices of work done from @winegames82, forming a continuous online record of the act of child rearing

Displayed Behaviours
Changing nappy = Yellow
Leaving mat = Red
Grabbing bear = Green
Drinking water = Orange
Falling asleep = Black

The work represented the below algorithm:
Regulation → behaviour sequence → changing situation → Tweet

Joe followed this algorithm as dictated by the behaviours displayed by the Wine Baby which he then curated and edited to create this poemphoto.
